InformationLIVE is an advanced student registration
and management system that was designed to support the SDE’s Distance
Learning Initiative. This application includes features that facilitate
input and maintenance of courses, sections, course requests, proposals,
and student schedules for both web-based (online) and video conference
classes. The system integrates with STI’s State Edition application (STIState)
to import the required student demographic data, and also integrates with
SDE’s learning management system to create the courses, sections, and
enrollments. The application also provides detailed and summary reporting
for course, district, and sections.
